What am I paying for when I purchase PMT Rewards?

You will be set up with your own rewards software custom to your business. This software is web based and can be used from any internet connection. The small monthly fee covers the license fee of using the software and provides you with unlimited transactions. You pay a very minimal amount for any card readers that are needed. Lastly you will have to purchase the custom cards that you will hand out to customers.

How quickly can I get up and running?

We can set you up with your rewards software in one to two business days. Card readers can usually be shipped out within the same week. Custom cards vary from 3 - 6 weeks depending on the time of year. During this short waiting time we'll train you on how to use the rewards program effectively as well as work with you to create supplemental marketing material.

Who are you people?

PMT Rewards is a product of PMT Advertising, a full service advertising agency located in Chicago, Illinois. We have researched hundreds of rewards programs and developed PMT Rewards from the ground up. We wanted to build a rewards program that was cost effective and easy to use. Also, because we are a full service advertising agency we can easily provide you with all of supplemental marketing materials. We specialize in print, radio, television, web, and banners / signs.

I've heard other rewards programs charge you per transaction. Do you?

Absolutely not. We provide you with unlimited transactions, all included in the small monthly fee. We feel that you should not be penalized for being successful. We want you to use this rewards program all the time!

Can I limit access to certain employees?

Definitely. We provide you with the ability to set up "roles" and "permission groups". This allows you to choose what each employee sees. You'll want some employees simply entering rewards data but not reviewing your rewards reports. We'll show you exactly how to do this during the set up phase.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Nope. You pay month to month and if you ever feel like the rewards program is not working for you let us know. We'll try and pinpoint why and correct it immediately. If you are still not satisfied feel free and discontinue the program. There is no minimum contract to sign.
